Get your learners driving license
A learners license allows you to practice on the road, obtaining enough driving experience under the supervision of our qualified instructors to make certain that you will be a safe driver.
We provide you with practical driver training for:
- Learner’s License (for Code 8/10/14)
- Motor Bike Light
- Motor vehicle (Code 8)
- Heavy motor (Code 10)
- Truck -Heavy Motor (Code 14).
Requirements
South African Nationals/Permanent Residents with Bar Coded Green ID Book or Smart Card;
- Bring a Copy of ID Book / Smart ID (copy both sides)
- Bring 1 Driving Licence / Passport size Photo
Foreign Nationals with Passport and Work/Business Permits; Passport must be valid with a valid visa/permit,
- Bring a copy of the passport and the copy of visa/permit
- Get a Traffic Registration Certificate (from your nearest Traffic Department)
- Bring a copy of the traffic registration certificate
- Bring 1 Driving Licence/Passport size photo
NB: After obtaining your learners licence an additional fee of R 60.00 for issuing of a learners licence at the traffic department will be required. You can pay in cash or swipe your card at the traffic department.

- Training Fees: R 1000.00
- Booking for Appointment: R 1000.00
- Traffic Deparment Confirmation: R 108.00
- Issuing of License: R 60.00
Total: R 2, 168.00
