Code 08 (or Code B) is the most common driver’s license, allowing you to drive any vehicle lighter than 3 500 Kg… NB: A learner’s license is required to take the test.
We provide you with practical driver training for:
- Learner’s License (for Code 8/10/14)
- Motor Bike Light
- Motor vehicle (Code 8)
- Heavy motor (Code 10)
- Truck -Heavy Motor (Code 14).
Requirements
South African Nationals/Permanent Residents with Bar Coded Green ID Book or Smart Card;
- Bring a Copy of ID Book / Smart ID (copy both sides)
- Bring 1 Driving Licence / Passport size Photo
Foreign Nationals with Passport and Work/Business Permits; Passport must be valid with a valid visa/permit,
- Bring a copy of the passport and the copy of visa/permit
- Get a Traffic Registration Certificate (from your nearest Traffic Department)
- Bring a copy of the traffic registration certificate
- Bring 1 Driving Licence/Passport size photo
NB: After obtaining your learners licence an additional fee of R 228.00 for issuing of a Code 8 licence at the traffic department will be required. You can pay in cash or swipe your card at the traffic department.
At Zenni Driving School, we will guarantee you the following:
- Training Fees: R 250 per Hour (You need 30 hours to be Test Material . Approx R7500.00)
- Booking for Appointment: R 1000.00
- Traffic Department Confirmation: R 228.00
- Test Car Hire: R 1000.00
- Issuing of License: R 228.00
Total: R9,956.00
